We recognise that everyone’s action and behaviour affects AULDEC Solutions Pty Ltd’s overall operation and what the company name represents.

From Employees, Subcontractors, Clients, and Suppliers, we believe that operating as one is the key to success to ensure that every aspect of our company provides systems for accomplishment.

These policies and procedures are what people can expect when they interact with AULDEC Solutions, and where fitting, we expect in return.

Breaches of Policies

Any suspected or reported breaches shall be individually investigated, and appropriate disciplinary and remedial action shall be taken.

Employees and Subcontractors who do not comply strictly with AULDEC Solutions policies will face counselling, disciplinary action, formal warnings, and, in some cases, dismissal.

The appropriate department will be immediately notified if the breach has also broken state or territory laws.

Overview 

The Statement of Commitment and the Implementation of Policy Commitment provides the overarching direction that AULDEC will follow to pursue workplace health and safety outcomes.

At AULDEC Solutions, we believe that providing a workplace that enables all individuals to perform activities safely strengthens our core values as a company. No individual should be affected or injured by our operations.

As a company, we shall provide and implement practical measures to eliminate or minimise health and safety risks to any employee, Company, or individual affected by our operations.

Our commitment shall align with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (the Act) and the boundaries of any other relevant legislation, Code of Practice and Australian Standards within each State or Territory.

Principles 

At AULDEC Solutions, we commit ourselves by providing the following health and safety principles:

      • Providing and maintaining a healthy and safe work environment through the implementation of safe work practices, safe systems of work and the provision of safe plant and equipment;
      • Ensuring that workplaces under the control of AULDEC are safe, without risk to health, and have safe means of access and egress;

AULDEC Solutions is committed to complying with applicable laws in all its operations and minimising risks and impacts by developing robust and documented systems. Then, implement, measure, monitor, and disseminate excellent environmental performance within its operations and the broader community.

Principles 

At AULDEC Solutions, we commit ourselves to minimise its impact on our environment through:

      • Conduct all operations in an environmentally sound manner which ensures compliance with all applicable national and local regulations;
      • Assign accountability and responsibility for implementing the environmental policy and make environmental performance an essential factor in the management review process;
      • Provide adequate resources, personnel, and training so that all Employees and Subcontractors know and carry out their responsibilities under the environmental policy;
      • Communicate openly with Employees and Subcontractors, regulatory agencies and the public on environmental issues and address concerns about potential hazards and impacts;
      • Work in cooperation with industry, the public, and government to develop responsible environmental policies, acts, and regulations;
      • In locations where environmental regulations are absent, apply best management practices to achieve environmental protection consistent with industry standards;
      • Implement operating practices that incorporate efficient energy and materials and minimise hazardous substances’ use and production;
      • Establish and maintain appropriate emergency response plans for all activities and facilities;
      • Maintain a self-monitoring program at each facility to ensure compliance;
      • Conduct periodic environmental assessments at all AULDEC facilities and develop and implement action plans to correct potential deficiencies promptly;
      • Encourage all employees to report any known or suspicious departure from this policy or related procedures to management.

A philosophy of continual improvement via the systematic review of processes and procedures shall form the foundation for AULDEC’s strive for industry best practices. 

Measurable quality objectives related to clients’ expectations will be established and regularly reviewed within AULDEC’s business planning framework. This Quality Policy will also be periodically reviewed to ensure it remains appropriate to AULDEC’s operations. 

Understanding the company’s quality policy and objectives is the responsibility of employees at all levels of the organisation. As such, this Quality Policy is provided and explained to each employee by AULDEC management. AULDEC encourages and assists employees in achieving personal and company goals necessary to meet their quality responsibilities through professional development and training.

Overview 

AULDEC is committed to providing a safe, legally compliant, and socially responsible workplace. This commitment ensures that all activities are conducted according to legislative, industry, client and community standards and expectations.

Drug and Alcohol testing will form part of pre-employment screening; it may also be conducted randomly during employment, after an incident, or when a manager or supervisor requests it from consideration identified when an employee could not perform their regular duties safely and efficiently, possibly due to alcohol and drugs.

All personnel have a responsibility to safeguard their safety and the safety of others at work.

We will treat any requests for assistance from persons who volunteer the information that they have a drink or drug-related problem sympathetically. Auldec will not recognise a request of this nature immediately before or after testing for alcohol and drugs. During any treatment regime, the individual would remain subject to the requirements of this policy whilst at work.

Principles 

It is considered a breach of company policy for anyone to:

      • Use, possess, deal or distribute any unlawful drug or narcotic at company or customer premises or workplaces at any time;
      • To possess any unauthorised alcohol to company or customer premises or workplaces at any time;
      • To be present at company premises or workplaces after consuming alcohol or administered drugs to be impaired in performing regular duties safely or efficiently.

Anyone suspected of being impaired due to alcohol or substance abuse or taking drugs, legal or illegal, must immediately be removed from the workplace. Use, possession, dealing, or distribution of any unlawful drug or narcotic at the workplace is grounds for termination of employment and shall be removed from the worksite.

No person shall be permitted to continue work or operate a vehicle or plant if suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or other performance inhibiting substances. Only once verification has been received a negative result, then investigations shall be finalised with an outcome.

Any persons taking medication, prescribed or otherwise, which may affect their ability to carry out regular duties, must inform their supervisor before commencing work. As required, adjustments to work duties to consider any medication effects must be implemented and approved by management before proceeding.
