WHAT IT IS

AULDEC’s Quality Management System (QMS) is a structured framework designed to ensure that every project, process, and service meets the highest standards of excellence. It provides clear guidelines, procedures, and controls that help us deliver consistent, reliable, and compliant outcomes for our clients and stakeholders.

Our QMS is aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring that quality is embedded in every phase of our operations from planning and design to execution and review.

At AULDEC Solutions, quality means delivering outstanding projects on time and within budget, while adding value to exceed expectations wherever possible.
We strive to meet client requirements for quality, performance, and value through compliance with AULDEC’s Management System (AMS).

Our philosophy is based on continual improvement through systematic review of processes and procedures, driving industry best practices. Measurable quality objectives aligned with client expectations are established and regularly reviewed within AULDEC’s business planning framework.

Our Quality Policy and objectives are the responsibility of all employees and subcontractors. This policy is communicated and explained to every team member and subcontractor by AULDEC management.

  • Leadership Commitment: Senior Management ensures resources, promotes customer focus, and drives continual improvement.
  • Scope: Applies to all AULDEC activities and locations. No exclusions.
  • Document Control: All QMS documents are version-controlled and maintained in Procore.
  • Training & Competence: Employees are trained and assessed for competence; records are maintained.
  • Inspection & Testing: ITPs and field test records ensure compliance and quality.
  • Improvement: Customer feedback, audits, and corrective/preventive actions drive continuous improvement.

 


Continuous Improvement

AULDEC monitors customer satisfaction, conducts internal audits, and reviews its management system regularly to ensure suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.
Corrective and preventive actions are implemented to eliminate causes of nonconformities and potential issues.
Our improvement system includes:

  • Customer feedback analysis

  • Management review meetings
