SCOPE
IMPERIUM Engineering approached AULDEC Solutions to provide their skills and experience to assist with completing the Japal Village HV Substation and HV reticulation system for the McNally Group.
Within the scope, AULDEC completed a Quality Assurance review of all works and systems and created a detailed project execution report for the McNally Group to provide visibility. AULDEC completed all outstanding items and resolved all previous contractor’s punch list items to complete the project’s construction.
AULDEC managed all drawing revisions and late design change requirements to prepare the substation, generators, and field RMUs for the energisation requirements set by the Owner. AULDEC continued to provide services to successfully assist IMPERIUM with the commissioning and energisation of the Japal Village HV Network.
