SCOPE
Installation and pre-commission of over 280 panels of High Voltage equipment for Siemens Mobility on the Sydney Metro Northwest Rail project.
The work involved a fit-out of 7 Traction Substation Switchrooms built offsite in Newcastle then pre-commissioned before their delivery to the site. On-site carry over works leads to installing 2 Traction Transformers per site, then completion and final commissioning of Substation into service.
Alongside these Traction Substation site scope works, Auldec was engaged by Siemens to complete the installation and pre-commissioning of all 24 Train Station Distribution Switchrooms, including 72 HV Switchgear modules and 48 2MVA Transformers with all associating battery and communication systems within the rooms.
